The centre of homogenization and standardization of sheep, located in Aldea del Cano (Cáceres), was established in 2009, having significantly increased the number of animals sold, currently reaching 100,000 animals.
The purpose of this section is to assist the partners in both the market and at the advice of the production, for better results.
In 2010 we started our first animal sacrifice under a certification authority, always following our aim to cover every link in the chain, from the field, following all the steps up to the consumer of the finished product.
