FRUITS

We grow more than 70 ha of Cherry from the Cooperatives of The Hurdes region with productions of 400 T of extra class.

ACOREX has three horticultural plants, two located in Las Vegas of the Guadiana and one  in the Alagon River area.
The fruit crop is within the ATRIA of ACOREX and also has an APRIA controlling the Integrated Production.
Production of plum, peach, nectarine, pear, apricot and other varieties, is more than 5,000 T in 148 ha, being the collection from mid-May to September.
The fruit with more surface area and production is the plum, which crop has improved substantially with the introduction of new varieties more adapted to current demands.

We produce in Medellín (Vegas Altas) peach and nectarine with excellent size and colour, probably the earliest of the area and in Talavera, Guadiana and Pueblonuevo red, yellow and black plums as well as apricots, peaches, pears and nectarines highly prized for its taste and colour in all markets.
With all this fruit production (2,000 T) and due to its balanced distribution over the season provides support for the plum to offer a variety of combinations throughout the campaign.

We have three registered trademarks, all in top quality: “ACOREX”, “GUADIALA” and “VEGAS DE PUEBLONUEVO”.
